Recent figures provided by the European Environment Agency (EEA) suggest that plastic cotton swabs represent around 4% of the waste registered on the European beaches. Bamboo Family Cotton swabs are 100% biodegradable.
The reason is that a soft bristle toothbrush is recommended by dentists. It is more gentle on the gums and teeth.
