Tietosuojaseloste

1. Esittely

Finland´s Alftoy Oy on sitoutunut turvaamaan asiakkaiden yksityisyyden ja jokainen joka käyttää nettisivuamme tai muita Finland´s Alftoy Oy:n nettipalveluita on turvattu EU direktiivin (EU), 2016/680 mukaan.

Finland´s Alftoy Oy:lle (0765785-7) antamanne henkilökohtaisettiedot jäljempänä ("Alftoy") käytetään vain siihen tarkoitukseen, jota varten olet antanut suostumuksesi (esimerkiksi online-tilausten tai verkkomarkkinoinnin toteuttamiseen). Emme käytä henkilökohtaisia tietoja muuhun tarkoitukseen kuin siihen, mihin olet antanut suostumuksen. Voit milloin tahansa lopettaa uutiskirjeemme tilauksen ja sinulla on oikeus pyytää tiedot siitä, mitä henkilötietoja on kerätty ja/tai että tiedot poistetaan rekisteristämme. Jos sinulla on kysymyksiä tai muita huolenaiheita liittyen tietosuojaselosteeseen voit olla yhteydessä asiakaspalveluumme.

2. Mitä tietoa keräämme?

Keräämme henkilökohtaisiatietoja vain sinun suostumuksella. Saamme tiedon, kun tilaus tehdään tai kun yksittäinen henkilö tilaa uutiskirjeemme. Saatuja tietoja ei luovuteta verkkopalvelun tai EU:n ulkopuolelle. Palveluntarjoaja voi kuitenkin luovuttaa tiedot viranomaisille voimassa olevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti. Yhtiön omistuksen uudelleen järjestämisen yhteydessä voimme luovuttaa tiedot osapuolille.

Palvelulla on tiukka sisäänrakennettu käyttöoikeuksien hallinta, joka estää ulkopuolisia pääsemästä käyttäjien yksityisiin tietoihin. Rekisteriä käyttävät vain henkilöt, joiden työtehtävään se kuuluu. Työntekijöitä sitoo salassapitovelvollisuus. Rekisteri ei ole paperimuodossa ja jos henkilökohtaisiatietoja tulostetaan paperille, asiakirja tuhotaan heti, kun sitä ei enää tarvita. 

Palvelumme käyttää erilaisia sosiaalisen median osia, joiden avulla käyttäjät voivat siirtää tietoja erilaisiin sosiaalisiin medioihin. Suosittelemme, että tarkastat näiden palveluntarjoajien tietosuojakäytäntöjä, kuten Facebook ja Instagram.

 

3. Henkilökohtaiset tiedot 

Alftoy kerää henkilökohtaisia ja ei-henkilökohtaisiatietoja, kun verkkosivustoamme bamboofamily.fi käytetään. Tiedot (henkilökohtaiset ja ei- henkilökohtaiset) kerätään, kun esimerkiksi vierailet verkkosivuillamme ja selaat sivuja, tilaat tilauksen tai käytät muita toimintoja verkkokaupassamme, otat yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun tai tilaat uutiskirjeemme.
Alftoy:n toimittamat henkilökohtaiset tiedot sisältävät yhteystiedot ja maksutiedot kuitenkaan rajoittumatta pelkästään näihin. Kaikki saamamme ja keräämämme henkilökohtaiset tiedot ovat käyttäjän toimittamia.

Ei-henkilökohtaisiin tietoihin kuuluvat IP-osoite, selaimen tyyppi, käyntien määrä ja käytetyt hakusanat, mutta eivät kuitenkaan rajoitu pelkästään näihin. Muut kuin henkilökohtaiset tiedot kerätään, jotta voimme parantaa palveluitamme.

 

4. Kuinka henkilötietoja käytetään?

Alftoy käyttää kerättyjä henkilötietoja:

• Tilausten käsittelyyn, jotka on tehty verkkokaupan kautta
• Antamalla seurantatiedot tilausten lähetyksille
• Voi ottaa sinuun yhteyttä, mikäli sinun tilauksessasi on ongelmia
• Tarjota asiakaspalvelua
• Jotta voimme tarjota sellaisia kampanjoita, joista olet kiinnostunut tai antamalla tietoja, joista saatat olla kiinnostunut annetun suostumuksen mukaisesti

 

5. Oikeutesi

Sinulla on oikeus pyytää tietoja henkilökohtaisista tiedoista, joita Alftoy on kerännyt sinulta. Jos haluat, että henkilötietojasi korjataan tai poistetaan, ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun info@bamboofamily.fi.

 

6. Evästeet

Alftoy käyttää evästeitä palvelujen laadun parantamiseksi. Sivujen selaaminen ilman evästeitä, saattaa vaikuttaa palvelun toimintoihin, jolloin joitain toimintoja ei voida käyttää (esim. kirjautuminen ja tuotteiden lisääminen ostoskoriin). Alftoy käyttää ensimmäisen osapuolen evästeitä, joita käytetään kirjautumiseen ja ostoskorin toimintoihin. Alftoy käyttää myös kolmannen osapuolen evästeitä eli Google Analyticsia.

Finland´s Alftoy Oy is committed to securing the privacy of our customers and anyone using our website or any Finland´s Alftoy Oy online services according to the EU directive (EU) 2016/680.

The personal information you give to Finland´s Alftoy Oy (0765785-7), hereafter ("Alftoy") will only be used for the purpose for which you have given consent to (for example fulfilling online orders or online marketing). We will not use the personal information for any other purpose than what you have given consent to. At any time, you can end the subscription for our newsletter, and you have the right to request to know what personal data has been collected and/or for your information to be erased from our register. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service.

 

2. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information only with your consent. We get the information when an order is placed, or an individual subscribes to our newsletter. The received information is not handed over to the parties outside the web service or outside the EU. The service provider can, however, hand over the information to the public officers according to the effective legislation. In the case of re-organizing the company’s ownership, we may hand over the information to the parties.

The service has a strict inbuilt access control that prevents outsiders from getting access to the user’s private information. The register is used only by people whose job description it belongs to. Employees are bound by professional secrecy. The register is not in paper format, and if any personal information is printed on paper, the document is destroyed as soon as it is not needed.

Our service uses different social media components that enable users to transmit information to different social media platforms. We recommend for you to review the Privacy Policies of these service providers such as (but not limited to) Facebook & Instagram.

 

3. Personal data

Alftoy collects personal data and non-personal data when our website bamboofamily.com or other Alftoy online services are used. Data (personal and non-personal) is collected when you, for example, visit our website and scroll through the pages, place an order or use other functions in our online store, contact our customer service, or subscribe to our newsletter. The personal data you forward to Alftoy includes, but is not limited to: contact information, and payment details. All personal data that we receive and collect is submitted by the user. Non-personal data includes, but is not limited to: IP address, browser type, number of visits and search words used. The non-personal data is collected so that we can improve our services.

 

4. How is the personal data used?

Alftoy uses collected personal data to:

• Process orders that are placed through our online services
• Provide tracking information for order shipments
• To contact you in case of any problems concerning your order
• To provide customer service 
• To be able to provide campaigns and offers that you are interested in, or provide information that you might be interested in according to the given consent

 

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

Alftoy uses cookies to enhance the quality of the services. Browsing the pages without cookies might affect the functions of the service so that some of the functions cannot be used (i.e. signing in and adding products to the shopping cart). Finland´s Alftoy Oy uses first-party cookies for signing in and shopping cart functions. Finland´s Alftoy Oy  also uses third-party cookies i.e. Google Analytics.
